December 18, 2007 – Merry Christmas, firee!


 As most of you are probably well aware, the Toronto Sun cancelled publication of my weekly column a couple of months ago (details here).

But that hasn’t stopped the CEO of the company from sending out Christmas wishes to his favourite firee!  Maybe there aren’t enough employees left anymore to send them to?

Anyway, here is the email, my response in French, and the video.  If anyone cares to make a “remix” of this tremendous broadcasting achievement, I’ll post it on the site with credit.

By the way, Pierre, my “new year” would have been slightly more “prosperous” if you’d have continued to fork out that $200 per column.  But thanks anyway.  Also, in the interest of fairness and balance, here is an English guy butchering the French language:
